One happy camper

Today was one of those days. I had a Dr's appointment at 10:30 and usually they are pretty fast so I just took the boys with me. An hour later and still waiting the boys finally had enough and started being so naughty!!! They had run out of treats and patients. Me too!!! They were running around the office, screaming, playing in the water fountain, and just being obnoxious. I was mortified. I tried everything and finally my name was called. Whew, so I thought. When I stood up they took off in different directions and I had had it. I was so mad I was shaking and I could feel my blood pressure rising. The poor nurse took me to the room but first we had to stop to get weight. I shoved (seriously shoved) the boys in my room and shut the door and followed her to the scale. We went back to the room and I apologized and just started bawling. She took my blood pressure, which was off the roof, and just laughed as she began to tell me more bad news. The Dr would be at least 20 more minutes or I could see the Nurse Practitioner now. Get the NP in here now and let me go home!!! Not even a minute later the Dr came in. They all must have felt bad for me cause he came fast with GREAT news. He was confident that the babies were big enough to deliver at 37 weeks which puts that at next Friday!
1 week to go baby!!!
At this point I have forgotten how awful my boys were being and felt such relief that in one week I will be able to move again and never be pregnant again!!!

Halloween Party

Last night we went to our ward Halloween Party. They had fun games for the kids and a chili cook off. Not sure who won because the boys (and I) were done about an hour after being there. Before we left it took me 30 minutes to get Braxton's costume on him because he wanted to wear his "boops" and didn't understand that I would put them back on. This kid and his boops! They drive me crazy! If anyone sees cute cowboy boots some where you will have to let me know. He is growing out of the ones we have and he insists on wearing them from the time he gets up until he goes to bed.
The boys showing me their swords. They sure were cute pirates.

And we all got to enjoy a yummie treat.

First Snow

I am not all that excited for it to be snowing but today was kind of fun seeing how my boys would react to the snow. They didn't really get it last year and we didn't take them out in it a lot. This year hopefully we will get into the snow and be able to play, play, play. After most the day inside though there was bound to be some mischief. I was sitting on the computer being oblivious to what they were doing and when I finally decided to acknowledge them, this is what I found...

"We jump to the clouds mom"

Just can't get mad at that.

We like our lazy Sunday afternoon's. The boys have been begging Justin the last few days to play football everytime he gets home. Sunday they were out for a good 30 minutes running up and down the green court. Theylove it when Justin is home to play. We try to wear them out so that we get a peaceful few hours before we are ready for bed :-)Taylor couldn't make it without a nap on Sunday and fell asleep watching football with a football in his arms. Too cute!!

Today the boys received their "regular" flu shots. It may not be the Swine Flu shot but at least they are half way covered now.
As I laid Brax down he knew what was coming (he watched Taylor, who was so brave and didn't cry). The girl gave him the shot and I hear a little whimper with "She poked me". He has been talking about getting poked for the last hour now. However a sucker and sticker did wonders to make the poky feel better :-)
I love my brave boys!
As for me and the babies, they still are hanging in there. I have been having contractions for a week and I am so tired of them. My stomach hurts all the time. Unfortunately there is nothing else going on. As of right now we are scheduled for a c-section November 17. Let's pray that the come about a week or two earlier. I am ready to be done and have these sweet little girls here. Plus I am ready to move again :-)

Seriously...

we have toys but what good are they when you have an empty box and daddy to push, pull, and play with you in it!

Aggie Football

Yesterday we made the trek up North to Logan for the Aggie football game. We enjoyed lunch at Fredrico's with Kim, Elliott, Quinn and Jalayne. It was "licious" as Taylor would say. Kim and the boys headed back to Chris' parents house and the rest of us went to the game. It was a good game for the first half and then the Aggies decided to loss it. The boys had a lot of fun though and were full of energy. Taylor took this picture of the field. Pretty good. After the game we went up to my Uncle and Aunt's where Justin did some of his attorney duties and then we enjoyed dinner out to Chili's without the kiddos. It was nice to have a couple baby sitters willing to work for free :-)

Thanks to all for the fun times.

Finally caught up

Today we went all the way to Provo for pre-school. The letter of the day was "D" and what better way to learn then eating Doughnuts at Krispy Kreme. They were delicious and the kids loved watching the workers make the doughnuts.
Kamdon, Brax, Kyler, Taylor, Simon, Ethan, and Millie
Braxton loved his doughnut and hat
Taylor loved the doughnut. He ate 2!!
After we finished our doughnuts we made and colored the letter "D". I am not so sure the kids got anything out of school today but we all loved the doughnuts!!!

"D"

Ok, isn't this just the cutest picture of this kid! LOVE IT!

Zoo

On Saturday we decided to get out of the house and take the boys to the zoo. They couldn't wait once we told them we were going. As we drove around the parking lot looking for a spot to park they were worried that we weren't going to find one. Finally we parked and headed into the busy zoo. It was probably just as or more busy then the last time we went when it was warm. The baby "raf"
"Yucky snakes"
"Ninos"The big attraction, the baby elephant.
The boys weren't that impressed and wanted to see the Pumas as soon as we could. Tay and Dad

Sugar Cookies

The other night I went and played Bunco (which we are playing each month if anyone close wants to come and play) and won some fun cookie cutters and other stuff to make sugar cookies with. I told the boys we could make them and the had a great time! It was such a mess and it wasn't even all their fault. I was just as covered with flour as they are. We never ended up frosting the cookies but have loved eating them without it for the last few days.

Merrill Halloween Party

I am finally catching up with the rest of last weekend. Gosh I am behind!
Friday night we went to the BYU vs. USU game. It was a lot of fun to be there, even if our team lost. I didn't take my camera because I already had too much to carry! Those stairs are not pregnant friendly.
Saturday night after the boys got home from Priesthood session we had the traditional chili and scones for a late dinner. YUM! Then we had a little Halloween party, costumes included...
Dad and MomThe Holverson's The Browning'sThe Hatch's
Justin had to hide behind me so the boys couldn't see him because they were FREAKING OUT!!! Merrill'sAwe...the newly weds! HILARIOUS!!!
After we had our laughs with the costumes all the kiddos got to open a little present from Grandma and Papa. The boys loved the crazy glasses and necklaces that were in them. After a few games and more treats we decorated some cute pumpkins. I loved this idea of just pushing in the parts and seeing what you could make!
Taylor loves his pig and Brax made a puppy which he loves.Mom and Taylor

Taylor and Brax getting a little sleepy.

The pumpkins are now sitting on our porch and each time we go by them the boys get so excited! They love them!
Thanks for the great time everyone!!!

Gardner's Village

We had a blast last weekend. Everyone came to spend Conference weekend here. We didn't stop the whole time. Mom and Sar came a few days before everyone else so we got up Thursday to go to Wee Witches Day at Gardner Village. There was so much going on! There were pony rides (pictures to come), hay maze, wagon ride, food, music, and lots of walking through the fun shops. The boys loved the hay maze! They ran and giggled the whole time. TaylorBraxton

We went on a wagon ride to see more witches. The boys weren't too sure about the witches but they enjoyed the ride. Kam, Brax, and Tay

As we walked through the shops Grandma took the kids into the candy store. The boys picked out these fun treats. They loves them and made a huge mess.

Brax, Kam, Ty, and Tay showing me their treats. I can't ever get Brax to look at me in pictures so this one is great! All the kids loved the petting zoo.
