Pumpkin Patch

Last night for FHE we went to the Pumpkin patch to pick the perfect pumpkin. The kids picked out one big pumpkin to carve all together. 

After we picked the pumpkin Grandma let the kids sling shot apples. They loved that.

My kids have been into eating salads lately! Taylor always wants a salad so for a snack that's just what they had. So funny

Oh my! This little girl is the biggest diva! I curled her hair and it's adorable! She cried and cried because she wanted it braided. We added a braid and some sparkle eyes and lips and she's good to go! 

Grandma's retreat

These pictures got all messed up and out of order but the boys had a great few days with Grandma and Grandpa Hatch (and Julie). They went to the pumpkin patch, police station, temple grounds, Leo's Place, painted their pumpkins, and made cute owl cupcakes. Thanks for a great time!

I decided since the boys were gone to have a little play date for the girls. We made haunted ginger bread houses. The poor graham cracker houses looked pitiful but they were soon covered by lots of candy.

 I decided I needed to throw in some fruit that the kids could eat along with all the candy.

The boys are at Grandma Hatch's house so we decided to take the girls to the movie. We wanted to see Monster's University but it was sold out so we saw Turbo. It was actually really cute and the girls had fun!

Sunday October 13

It started to snow so hard on Sunday as we were cleaning the cabin. I wish I would have got an after picture because it snowed enough that the boys had made a snowman. 

 On our drive back to Idaho Falls we took the scenic route and stopped at Mesa Falls. It was so pretty.

 We also went to the lower falls that we have never seen before. They were much further away but still a pretty view.
