Apparently we haven't missed the hair cutting phase at our house. I was more concerned that the girls were going to do it first. A few nights ago the boys wouldn't go to sleep. I was back and forth from my office, downstairs, to their room. I left the office door open. They usually will get books and leave everything else alone. This time they got the scissors and Taylor cut Braxton's hair. Brax didn't think he did anything wrong cause Taylor was the one that did the cutting. Nice try!

Big Girls

Tonight we took the side rails off the girls cribs to give the big girl thing a try. They thought that is was so fun to jump off the beds and run and play with each other. We quickly put a hault to that and attempted to get them into bed for the night. Macall got out of bed 5 times and each time she did not like the consequense. It still took her 5 times though! Avri learned fast after the first time she got out of bed (ok twice, I went to check on them and Avri was sitting at the foot of Macall's bed)

 Not sure if I like my babies growing up.

 But as soon as we can we will be getting twin beds and moving on to this cute stuff...

Mary Poppins

We went to Mary Poppins yesterday at the Capitol Theatre. It was so much fun and a good show. I loved the "Step In Time" scene!!! The boys liked the show, even though Brax was done half way through it. Once Grandma pulled out the M&M's he was ok. Thanks mom and dad for a great day!

Swimming Lessons

 The boys started swimming lessons at the gym today. Taylor was pretty nervous about the whole thing. He does not like the deep end and HATES it when his feet are not touching the ground. Brax was hesitant at first but then he got into it. After the first 25 minutes Taylor thought it was ok. Too bad it ended 5 minutes later. I told the boys we could look for goggles for the next class so now I have the  impossible task of finding goggles in the off season.

Preschool

Today my big boys started Preschool. Time is flying with these two! They are growing up so fast. Whenever I tell them they are getting too big they say, "Yeah, you want us to stay little huh!". They are at such a fun age and so fun to be with. You guys keep us on our toes but we love you more then anything! Keep up the good work and we know you will do great in preschool!

The Motorcycle Park

After spending most the weekend inside (we are all not feeling well) we decided it was time to get out and go to the park! My kids love the park and they love it even more when I will take them to the "cycle park". It is further away so we usually don't get over there. I tried to get some cute pictures but they all had dirty faces and snoty noses. Hmmm, guess I didn't check us out before we left home. Oh well. Some days it just happens that way and I think they are cute anyway!

Bee's Baseball game

Last week we decided to go to the Bee's game. We got into our seats and it was so hot! We grabbed hot dogs and ate as fast as we could and then met our friends down for better seats. The boys were much happier when we were in the shade.
