Early Birthday amd early Mother's Day
The door bell rang and the boys of course ran to see who it was. There was no one there but he did leave a package. As soon as Taylor and Brax saw it they were so excited! Jumping up and down they asked if it was for their birthday! (They are on a kick where they either say "it is for their birthday?" or "grandma bought it". I can't convince them that I buy them anything!)
Thanks Grandma and Papa Merrill!

It was freezing cold but we had to try it! They love it!!!
I have a friend that is moving to New York so she was selling her whole house, well, everything inside it. We got a treadmill from her a month ago and then got these the other day! We will be traveling back from Vegas on Mother's Day so I got my perfect Mother's Day gift a little early. Can't wait for the warm summer nights to sit out while the kiddos are sleeping! :-)

Phase 1 Complete
Painting complete! I was going to wait until the weekend when Justin would take the kids but I was bored on Thursday so with a HUGE Dr. Pepper in my hands I painted away while the boys watched a couple movies. They kept coming in and telling me how much they liked the blue and white. Glad they like cause I am not painting it back! I actually love it! It is hard to see the real color cause the lighting is so bad and I have to use my flash. But this kinda gives you the idea.
No worries, the blue shelf is in the process of being painted orange.
After vacations we are buying the boys big beds and bedding. Can't wait cause the stuff I found is WAY CUTE!! I am also ropping my great brother (sucking up) into coming down to help me with beadboard one of these days!
This poor dresser has seen better days. It was never great and fell apart months after we got it. After the two moves it just isn't the same. (One drawer is completely missing) That's on our to do list too. New dresser of night stands for the boys!!
My house is SLOWLY starting to feel like mine.

Baby Girls
My baby girls are truly the best little things! They love to be involved in everything and love, love, LOVE the boys! Sunday night we decided to take a walk and I put them in the stroller without their car seats. They looked so big! I will admit I didn't love the newborn stage this time around. I didn't feel as good after surgery and was just plain tired all the time. I am loving it now though! They are so fun and have so much personality and they are getting so big.
I love the dress my girls. I walked into Gymboree one day and LOVED these outfits. Luckily I had a few returns I had to do so I could buy these outfits. So cute! (they also have a swim suite and sun hat in this print. LOVE IT!)
Macall
Avri
I couldn't get either of them to smile for me because they were so focused on Taylor and Braxton. They love their brothers!
BRIBE
The boys have had a really hard time sleeping in their room for a couple months now! We were so done with kids in our room that we moved the girls upstairs and got a gate to lock the boys in with out shutting the door. They are scared of little green monsters in their closet.
We decided they were old enough to make a deal with (bribe) so we made a bed time chart and they had to sleep in their room for 10 nights and they would get a big prize. They struggled through out the two weeks but we would just tell them they wouldn't get a sticker for their chart if they didn't sleep in their room so they would head back upstairs and finish off the night. They finally are sleeping in their room without waking up and were so excited when their chart was all filled up. They love to golf so we went all out on the 5 dollar gold clubs from Walmart :-)
They are good boys and we are so proud of them!

Oh how I love them
Easter 2010
We colored eggs on Saturday and the boys loved it. They only would use blue and green. After all the eggs were done they redid all the eggs in yellow. Funny boys.
Taylor's hands were dyed green for days.
Sunday morning we were woken with a 5 phone calls from Taylee. :-) We drug our lazy bones out of bed and the boys instantly caught on to looking for their easter baskets.
The easter bunny forgot about Justin's easter prize so it was delivered by the boys in a good ol Target bag.
After we got ready we headed over to Holverson's house for another hunt. The boys loved all the candy in the eggs and were spoiled rotten by Grandma and Papa.
