Buffalo Wild Wings

Justin and I have decided the we would like to spend more one on one time with each kid. Tonight was Taylor's night. He chose to go to Olive Garden but it was too busy so they went to Buffali Wild Wings which T loved!! He loved watching all the big tv's on the walls. 

FHE

Tonight for family night we talked about serving each other. Justin was helping Macall and he told her he could help her sister by making her bed. Macall answered "I can't make beds. Workers make beds. I'm not a worker. Mom can make beds. She's a worker."

I really wish I could hang a recorder around that girl. She says the funniest things. 

Update

Justin and Jalayne had Monday off of work so we decided to go to the zoo. We met Jalayne downtown at Taco Bell (boys favorite place to eat right now). The each are two tacos! We enjoyed the afternoon at the zoo but the kids were not happy with all the people. They've been spoiled with our zoo nights. After the zoo we went to Leatherby's for ice cream! Taylor said "this is the best day ever!" We did have a good day! 

The boys have started playing with their a lot car track lately and like to make it bigger and better. 

This morning we met the girls friends at Dunkin Donuts. They sure love donuts! 

Special Girl

This girl is such a sweet heart. She is also the girl that brings me to my knees and tries my patience. But today as we have been playing her sweetness has shined. We have had a tea party with dad,  birthday parties for the puppies and babies, had a sleepover and talked about boys, dressed me up with a princess glove and cowboy hat then told me how beautiful I looked, and now is building me a house out of blocks. She also is calling me Ashley. She truly shines when she uses her imagination and we love her so much! 

Basketball

Today was the boys last Jr Jazz game. They played their hearts out all season. Good job boys! They insisted on playing more basketball when we got home and it actually turned out to be a nice day. 

Valentine's Day

For Valentine's Day breakfast we made cinnamon rolls and the kids got to open presents from Grandma and Papa Merrill. Thanks for the fun treats! 

For dinner we had cheese fondue with chicken and salmon, carrots, bread, and green apples. The kids didn't touch the carrots. 

After dinner we went to Diary Queen for blizzards! Yum! 

Mom and Dad gave the kids each their own memory book. 

Subway

After family pictures we wen tot Subway while we waited for the pictures to be edited. The boys insisted on each getting a footlong sub. After we ordered they decided they would save the second half for school lunch. Silly boys eat so much!!

 Taylor's Valentine's turned out so cute! 

 I have been wanting to get the girls book shelves in their room since they love books. I finally made it to IKEA and we love they way they turned out.

Everything is AWESOME

Last week Hatch's came down to celebrate Clark and Julie's birthdays. We went to the boys basketball game, lunch at Kim's, saw The lego Movie, and then headed to Village Inn for a yummie dinner. Thanks for the fun day!

Super Bowl Sunday

Last weekend was the Super Bowl. Mom and dad came down Friday and us adults went to a session at the temple and the to Olive Garden for dinner. Taylee and Tydon watched the kids at home while we went out. 

On Saturday we went to the boys basketball game that they won! T and B scored all the points and had a blast! Saturday night we went to Holversons to watch the motorcross races. 

Sunday we went to church and then came home to get ready for the game. We had yummie food and of course that's they only pictures I got :) we had a great weekend! 

Roommates

Ashley, Amanda, and I got together for dinner one night last week. It was fun catching up with great friends.
