Zoo Nights started back up this summer. The kids always love to go when it isn't as hot and crowded. They have a new Dinosaur display that was pretty neat.

Justin's Half Marathon
Justin has been training for a half marathon and the day finally came. He wanted us to be able to come so we stayed at a nearby hotel the night before.
We took the kids to Red Lobster for dinner which they didn't enjoy as much as Justin and I.
On our way back to the hotel we decided to grab Blizzards from Dairy Queen.

The morning of the race was cloudy but nice. It did end up sprinkling and cooled things off but we had our hot chocolate to keep us warm.
Way to go Justin! He passed his personal best record and had a great run.
Yard Work
A few of our trees a bushes have died so we decided to pull them out and make a garden in their places. We worked hard over a few weekends and got it done. Justin helped the boys learn how to use his small trimming saw and of course they loved that job.
We went to Home Depot and found lots of pretty flowers and plants.
The girls got to pick put their very own flowers for their flower bed. A bush had died so we used the space to create their own flower garden. They have loved it.

Baptism Pictures
I can't believe these kiddos are turning 8 and will be baptized. They are growing up so fast. I took them to the temple and to the lake to try and get some pictures to make a baptism announcement.
