These silly boys were "bored" today so I moved my car out of the garage and they road their bikes for a whole 5 minutes. Funny boys.

Random

The other night we decorated a gingerbread house. The boys were disappointed that I wouldn't let them eat it like Grandma did. We tried to convince them it would be a good decoration but they still pouted about it.

As I was washing the girls hair we went with a diffrerent look. The boys thought it was so funny and the girls didn't really know what was going on but laughed because the boys did.

Sleeping Beauties

I love the way the girls sleep. We always find them in the funniest positions but lately this has been the way Callers likes to sleep.

Introducing...

 MAGIC
the Elf
He first appeared Dec. 5 and the kids have been loving him ever since. Such a fun idea and can't wait to see what Magic has up his sleeves!

The rest of the trip

Friday was supposed to be our stop at Grand Cayman but we never made it onto the island. The water was choppy and they didn't feel it was safe to run the tenders back and forth. Pretty disappointing not to be able to stop. It was also the last stop so we ended up with two full days at sea. By this time we were ready to be off the ship and back on land. We did the best we could to entertain ourselves for the two days but I think we all agreed it was just time to be off the boat. We had a blast and miss our friends already.

Mahogany Bay 12/1/11

This was the best stop by far. We walked off the ship and onto the beach! No taxi needed. We got off early and found a few chairs close to the water and hung out for the day. It was so nice to be able to sit on the beach all day. Justin found himself some coconut water and was happy with that. The ship was scheduled to leave this port at 3 so around 1:30 we got back on and had some lunch and then played some more mini golf and watch as we sailed away from the island.

Belize 11/30/11

We woke up to beautiful weather in Belize. We all separated for the day to do our own excursions and sight seeing. We had to anchor out because of a coral reef so we took tenders into Belize. When we got there it was the same as Cozumel. Nothing to do unless you took a taxi out. We decided to walk around the shops, get all our souvenirs for the kids, and go back to the ship and hangout in the sun. They had these amazing, HUGE lounge chairs so we parked it there until we couldn't sit in the sun any longer. We played a few rounds of golf and discovered the burrito bar.

Cozumel 11/29/11

We didn't know what to expect when we got off the ship in Cozumel but there was absolutely nothing there. The closest beach was half way around the island and downtown shopping was 3 miles away. We decided it was cheapest to rent scooters and head around the island.
We made it to a couple different beaches and the sun finally came out for a while to enjoy.

After a few hours we noticed more clouds coming in and thought it would be best to return the scooters and head back. We walked through the shops, made a few purchases, and went back to the ship.

Cruise 2011

We got to Miami Saturday November 26 and checked into our fabulous hotel and waited for Stohler's and Michaelson's to get there. I was not feeling well but was not going to let that stand in my way of a good time. When the others arrived we headed to The Bayside Marketplace for dinner. We ate at Bubba Gumps and the food was delicious. We went our seperate ways after dinner because we were all exhausted after a day of traveling. Sunday morning we ate a quick breakfast at McDonalds and headed to the Port of Miami where our ship, The Carnival Glory, was docked and waiting for us to enjoy. It didn't take too long before we were on the ship and ready to explore.

Shi and I hit the dance floor and yes we looked rediculous but it was fun!

Monday was a cold day at sea and nothing much to do.

Thanksgiving

We spent Thanksgiving in Idaho Falls this year. It was a quick trip for Justin and I but the kids stayed until December 4. We had a good time and it was the start to our much needed break from real life.

And these girls could not get enough of Benji. Any where he went they were sure to follow. Macall is still talking about him (and his "gankie").
