On saturday, October 20, we headed into Yellowstone for a fun day filled with animals and rain. There weren't that many animals but the kids did great in the car and loved getting out and seeing everything there was to see.
We took binoculars so they could get a good view...
Hello from the car! We are all happy! YAY!
As soon as we were inside the park we saw a herd of Elk. The kids got really excited about seeing animals so soon. (Our kids LOVE watching any type of anima show on tv so they thought this real life stuff was great)
We stopped at a waterfall that was amazing. Pretty sure one boys asked me to make sure he wouldn't fall. Thats my Taylor for ya!
We stopped at the Artist's Paint Pots ( I think that was what it was called) The man that took this picture thought it was great that our kids were loving the geysers.
We stopped for lunch and a potty break but they were "yucky potties" so the girls wouldn't go. It started raining again so we decided to eat on the go.
Exhausted Taylor Man
More from the waterfall before. I just couldn't get them to move around in blogger.
Walking to the Paint Pots. Again couldn't get the pictures to move around.
We went to the North of the park, once again not remembering the name. If I would keep up with my blogging i might have a better chance at remembering things. It was raining hardest here so we stopped at the non yucky potties and then headed back to the cabin.
One last group of Buffalo that were sitting right off the road.
